or curd sago recipe.

Ingredients:
. 1/2 cup sabudana
(sago)
. 1 &1/2 cup fresh curd
(less sour)
. 1 & 1/2 tbsp crushed
roasted peanuts
. 1 tbsp sugar
(as per taste)
.chopped green chilly
(as per taste)
. 1 medium chopped cucumber
(optional)
. 2 tbsp pomegranate
(optional)
.1 tbsp oil
. pinch of cumin seeds
(optional)
. salt
(as per taste)
Method:
. wash sabudana and
add 1/2 cup water in it.
. Cover with lid and allow
to soak for 2 - 3 hours.
. After 3 hours ,again
add 1/2 cup water and
pinch of salt in soaked
sabudana.
. Allow to pressure cook
this soaked sabudana
till 2 whistle on high -
medium flame.
. Allow to cool pressure
cook sabudana at room
temperature.
. Take curd in big bowl.
. Add salt and sugar
and mix it properly.
. Prepare smooth
curd mixture.
. Add roasted crushed
peanuts,cucumber,
pomegranate,pressure
cooked sabudana in
this curd,and mix it
properly.
. Heat oil in a pan,
add cumin seeds and
allow to crackle it.
. Add chopped green
chilly and saute it.
. Allow to cool this tempering
at room temperature.
then pour it on curd sabudana.
. Curd sabudana is ready.
