The Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality is ripe for the picking in this Local Government Election.
This after the major political parties failed to secure a 51% majority vote in the metro during the 2016 election.
This gave rise to a number of coalitions being formed in order for the bigger parties to gain a stronghold.
But it merely ended in a tug of war between the various parties. However various independent candidates
