It's crazy to think nearly a year ago we were JUST finishing up drying in our off grid cabin. Last year, we spent Christmas Eve installing foam insulation in the roof... then cleaned up the cabin and put up the Christmas tree. The progress you can make in ONE YEAR can be baffling sometimes!
