The Wake Forest Demon Deacons handled their business with a 67-57 win over Detroit Mercy. Senior Hunter Sallis had an outstanding game for the Deacs, scoring 31 points on 12-18 shooting from the floor, including 5-9 from 3-point range in the win. Sallis also added 4 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocks for Steve Forbes' team. Wake held Detroit Mercy to 36% shooting for the game and scored 17 points off of 14 turnovers while only giving the ball away 4 times in the game.
