Devices affected by the WNRO might not be able to show the correct time, your ETA, and in some cases might not be able to get a GPS signal at all and won't be able to navigate until they are updated.
If your navigation device can’t get a GPS signal, or is not able to show the correct time, it might be affected by the GPS Week Number Rollover.
