Full 100% FIX for the "white orb" and "back spot" issues that appeared on the first BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Camera units.
The BMPCC originally shipped with a couple of issues as noted in my full BMPCC Review series (linked below if you missed them) - but the BMD, Blackmagic Design, have now issued a firmware update for the BMPCC that fixes the black-hole sun or "black dot" issue, and a Camera re-calibration fixes the white orb problem.
So now with a BMPCC White orb Fix and the Black spot fix, two potential "deal breaker" problems solved... The BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Camera is more tempting than ever!
Shot with the following lenses; Olympus 12mm f/2, Sigma 60mm f/2.8, Olympus 45mm f/1.8, Bower 7.5mm f/3.5 fisheye and Panasonic 20mm f/1.8
Both with and without a HOYA Vari-ND filter as required.
