Adam Lambert performed with Kiss on American Idol. Adam Lambert stood at center stage and began the acapello intro to "Beth". Adam Lambert introduced KISS to the audience and the stage exploded. The opening chords of "Detroit Rock City" began as an hydraulic lift dropped the band onto the stage where Adam joined them.
