In this demonstration we will show how to use the DTC Remover software for comparing files to identify removed fault codes. The process can be divided into these steps:

- Load the original/stock binary file and export the scan list;
- Load the modified binary file and export the scan list;
- Compare the exported scan lists and generate a new list showing the differences

NOTE: If you don't have the original/stock file you can use any other file which is reasonably similar to your modified file. If the two files differ in the number of faults or the fault codes themself these discrepancies will be listed accordingly in the final comparison file.
