They did it guys. Walrus Audio has completely revamped every single program on the R1. It is a huge step up especially in light of the MKII versions of the Mako Series being released. If you still have the MKI versions and aren’t going to upgrade anytime soon, they have not let you down!

Here are the big updates:
• Each program has been completely rebuilt from the ground up with new architecture, EQ and feature sets.
• Reimagined Refract program.
• Air program now features shimmer.
• New Duck/Swell feature. The Swell knob below noon now introduces ducking. Above noon, swell. With the knob at noon, the feature is off.
• Improved MIDI handling
