You can abuse the new "Buffed" boil over perk on the RPD map, you don't even need Petrified Oaks all you have to do is run up stairs in the library head towards the corner and you can easily wiggle off since the killer either has to drop down giving you the 25% increased wiggle or go the long way which guarantees you a wiggle off.
