"Weatherford recently implemented a company-wide safety program, RADAR, enabling all employees to be proactive, report hazards and unsafe behaviors, and to remedy them prior to an incident.

Rig 9, featured in video, experienced safety problems in the past and worked together to develop ways to improve the safety culture on site. Realizing the importance of the RADAR program they worked to engrain the RADAR process into their daily work, ensuring that minor hazards and behaviors were dealt with before injury occurred.

This effort resulted in what is now being called the 'RADAR rap'."
