The Internet Gateway provides remote access to any RedLINK enabled device through the internet, smart phone, tablet or computer.

The Gateway connects to a router with a 3 foot ethernet cable included in the box and is powered by an adapter that needs to be plugged into a wall socket. It is now RedLINK enabled and will communicate with compatible Honeywell devices. RedLINK systems are especially useful in situations where you can't run wires to the thermostat location and this gateway links RedLINK devices to the internet.

Once you install a compatible thermostat, you will need to set up its wireless features as well.

After you are set up there, you will need to press and release the connect button on the bottom of the RedLINK internet gateway.

Then, visit mytotalconnectcomfort.com and create an account. Validate the account and then register the device using the MAC ID or MAC CRC found at the bottom of the gateway.

After a successful set up, you can control the device or devices using the internet, smart phone or tablet. Using mytotalconnectcomfort.com or the free mobile app, you can set your heating schedule, change the desired temperature, or get important temperature alerts wherever you are.

As an added benefit, you can also monitor the outdoor temperature and humidity with this unit and a wireless outdoor sensor.

There is no monthly fee, and it is a free app download. The Gateway automatically updates as new features become available.
