New Bedford Police Detectives are actively investigating the report of an afternoon shooting that took place near Middle and Chancery Street on Thursday.
At 1:15 pm New Bedford Police received a call of shots fired. Shot Spotter was not activated and there was no damage found and no injuries. No arrests have been in connection with this investigation as of yet.
