Knee pain from Chondromalacia Patella can heal 100%. If you do the right exercises. Conversely, if you do the wrong exercises, they'll actually feed into the problem that's causing your Chondromalacia Patella. You see Chondromalacia Patella happens when the cartilage behind the kneecap rubs too aggressively against the cartilage on the thigh bone. And cartilage is designed to take compressive forces but if the forces are too much because of an imbalance within the muscles around the thigh, the knee joints and even up into the hip, then you're going to irritate the cartilage back there and make Chondromalacia Patella Syndrome happen in your knee joints. But if you can take the pressure off, then you can begin to heal this issue. The first exercise is tailgate swinging. This moves the joint fluid inside your knee joints called synovial fluid and it helps to circulate the fluid so that you can get nutrition to the cartilage to begin to heal it.
