We were tasked with taking a boring 2008 Volvo C30, take it to 450whp (I'm shooting for more obviously) and the customers dream was convert it to AWD.....fast forward to this day where we start the AWD Conversion. the doner car is a 2006, Volvo S40. (I messed up the video and said S60) 6 speed manual Transmission, transfer case, rear differential, fuel tank, driveshaft.
We took the T5 engine, added Darron sleeves, cams, forged pistons, upgraded rods, elevate Intake, Haltech ECM, Haldex Controller, Garrett GTX3576R Turbocharger.
