Think counterbalance, of all time spent at the desk or simply collapsed in understandable unawareness. This session is both a workout for the body and the soul, a practice of support and strengthening. With plenty of stretch too. Join me for this blend of therapeutic yoga and traditional hatha yoga flow with a focus on the upper body and chest..
