Hi all
I had some pumpkin in the fridge and decided to make a sweet treat from them - pumpkin goolgoolas or pumpkin fritters. I was recently at my nephews wedding and made a large batch of these goolgoolas and they went down an absolute treat so i decided to show you how we make them!
Ingredients
2 cups cake flour
500g pumpkin, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
generous pinch of salt
1 tbs sesame seeds (roasted)
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
Serve hot with a nice cup of tea or coffee
