In the minutes following a rocket attack in Tagab, Kapisa Province Afghanistan, local residents flee the bazaar. At around noon on bazaar day, the Taliban fired two 107mm rockets at the district center, overshooting it by about 200 meters. 13 civilians were killed and over 40 injured. The local Taliban later denied responsibility and even blamed ISAF forces for the second detonation.
