❣️ Mongolian ethnic group: Mongol, a member of a Central Asian ethnographic group of closely related tribal peoples who live mostly on the Mongolian Plateau and share a common language and nomadic customs. Their homeland is now divided into independent Mongolia (Outer Mongolia) and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China.
❣️ Ethnic Group Russian: Ethnic Russians or Chinese Russians are one of the 56 ethnic groups officially recognized by the Government of the People's Republic of China. Russians have lived in China for centuries and are generally descendants of Russians who settled in China since the 17th century. Ethnic Russians in China have Chinese citizenship. Many ethnic Russians in China are also descendants of Kazakhs.
❣️ Ethnic Group Kyrgyz: The Chinese Kyrgyz are one of the 56 ethnic groups officially recognized by the People's Republic of China. Almost all of the Kyrgyz in China live in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in northwestern China. The majority live in the Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture on the border of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The Chinese government also classifies the Fuyu Kyrgyz, who live in Heilongjiang Province in northwestern China, as "Kē'ěrkèzī zú", but despite this group's name, the Fuyu Kyrgyz speak the Fuyu Gyrghis language, which is not a variant of Central Asian Kyrgyz and is closer to the Khakas language spoken in Siberia. The majority of the Chinese Kyrgyz are Muslims, although there are some who practice Tibetan Buddhism and shamanism.
❣️ Ethnic Group Va: The Valar or Walar are an ethnic group living mostly in northern Shan State, eastern Kachin State, along the China-Myanmar border, and in Yunnan Province, China. The Va people historically lived in Va State. The Va people have claimed this land as their homeland since ancient times. This land is a mountainous area located between the Mekong and Saluen Rivers, where the Nam Hka River flows. The Va people traditionally practice subsistence agriculture, growing rice, peas, beans, poppy seeds, and walnuts. They often raise water buffalo for sacrificial purposes. The traditional customs and lifestyle of the Va people are generally similar to those of the Nagas to their northwest.
❣️ Ethnic Group Tibet: The Tibetan people or Tibetans today live mostly in China, in the border provinces of Sichuan (23.43%), Qinghai (20.06%), Gansu (8.18%) and Yunnan (2.37%), in most of the Tibet Autonomous Region. 92.77% of the people living in Tibet are Tibetan, 22.53% in Qinghai Province, 1.76% in Gansu Province and 1.54% in Sichuan Province. Tibetans lead a nomadic life in Tibet and the Himalayan region.
❣️ Tujia Ethnic Group: The Tujia people are one of China's 56 official ethnic groups and the eighth most populous ethnic group. They live in the Wuling Mountains, located between Hunan, Hubei and Guizhou provinces and Chongqing Municipality. According to the 2010 census, their population was 8,353,912.
❣️ Ethnic Group Hezhen: Ethnic Group Hezhen: The Nanays or Hezhe are a Tungusic people found in China and Russia. The Nanays traditionally live in the central Amur Basin, along the Amur, Songhua and Ussuri rivers.
