The Ampoules feed from the de-cartoning station are received on the Ampoule Loading Station and from there, it will be transferred to the Infeed Star Wheel by Feed worm

From the Star Wheel, the Ampoule Holder / Grippers picks up the Ampoules and invert it in neck down position.

In the washing station, it is having high capacity pumps & motors to achieve the desired quantity of the water at sufficient pressure to ensure proper cleaning of the Ampoules. While passing the Ampoules in inverted (neck down) position, the water jets and compressed air washing will be done as per the washing sequence provided.

Once the washing process complete, the washed ampoules will be again inverted into the straight position and transferred to the Outfeed Star Wheel.

The washed ampoules received at Outfeed Star Wheel the passed to the next process. It can be directly attach to the tunnel or collect in the trays. It will be depend upon the choice of customers.
