Welcome to the fitness journey of a now 28 year old Gym owner from Chicago, IL making his return to fitness to begin what he started in 2015!
I started this channel in 2015 with the goal of sharing my story/being vulnerable to inspire others to be the best version of themselves & to use my platform to provide valuable fitness education to help others grow in the gym.
However, deeply rooted personal & recurring health issues took me away from fitness, my beloved passion. I walked away completely in 2017 to do the Healing. In 2022, we are back to take care of unfinished business💪🏾
