"Be a Generational Thinker"!
A generational thinker is not someone who is only committed to what he/she wants to enjoy today but someone who says if I ran in this race of life, I will make sure the next generation those not ran mine race but ran its own race.

A generational thinker thinks beyond his personal needs, they saw seeds for the next future. He must plan at least for the fourth and fifth generations, also he makes sure the person coming after him is not worst but better then him. In Ghana we had generational thinkers; but today we are going to learn about a legend “Tetteh Quarshie”.
Tetteh Quarshie was the only first Ghanaian to bring Cocoa into Ghana. He went to Fernando Po in Equatorial Guinea and came back to Ghana and planted the first seed in 1879, he haversted in 1891 (12yrs) and he got 2 bags of cocoa after the first man planted the first seed. Ghana became the world’s largest producer of Cocoa in 1910-1980 and about 40% of our earns comes from cocoa. One man has carry the whole country’s economy on his shoulder.
Our generation and next generation yet to come will still benefit from cocoa. A great Legend. This shows that to become a true generational thinker is not about your education, work, certificate, profession, personality, but the total positive change and readiness of the mind.
Anyone can become a generational thinker, no matter who you are whether poor or rich, employed or unemployed, old or young, disabled or able, educated or uneducated (remember Tetteh Quarshie was not educated, rich etc ), all this people can be a generational thinker if and only if they is a positive change and total readiness of the mind.
It is time we learn from our history (leaders ). Most of our leaders played important role to make our nation a better place to live. I will encourage our youth to become generational thinkers, think for the generation after you, try to sow seed for the future. Do something positive that will make life easier for those coming after you. Be a Generational Thinker.
