Employment agencies in Singapore have welcomed a new proposed law by Indonesia, which aims to better protect its domestic workers. If passed, the PPRT Bill will introduce a standardised minimum wage, protection from mistreatment and more. Tabled 19 years ago, it is now a priority for the Indonesian government.
