My brother @tylrnelson was in town and after shooting some vlogs decided to shoot some BTS of my session with @mj_van
As I’ve mentioned before. Most people want to affect all of the following in their life:
✔️ How they look
✔️ How they feel (health)
✔️ How they perform
So we make sure that training, nutrition, recovery and mindset align with all the above. It’s not an either/or approach, it’s an AND approach.
The other part I talk about often is that while I believe programming is very important, it’s not just what you do but HOW you do it.
You could give the same program to two different coaches and based on how they will connect with the client, communicate, coach, get them to buy in and stay consistent, etc - the results can be drastically different, even though the program on the paper is the same.
That’s the art and craft of coaching. Never stop improving it. That’s the HOW!
