2.Concrete mesh welding machine 3-6mm
This machine can make both panel mesh and roll mesh.Line wires are fedded from wire coils automatically and through straightening rollers. Crosswire should be pre-cut and fed by a crosswire hopper automatically.
Servo motor&planetary reducer for pulling mesh, more precise. Equipped with cutting machine to make panel mesh and rolling machine to make the rolled mesh.
3.Chicken cage mesh welding machine 2-4mm
This is our newly developed chicken cage welding machine 1200H (Pneumatic type). The welding speed can be up to a maximum of 130 times/min. It has the advantage of easier machine maintenance, fewer machine problems, easier to learn and operate, save power and consumption, less welding spark, etc.
Pneumatic welding, each welding electrode is controlled by one SMC air cylinder.Double cross wire feeders, can feed different lengths of cross wires. It is specially designed, the feeding speed is higher, can be 130pcs/min.
Electrodes 20*20*20mm can be used 6 sides.
The edge cutter is controlled by two big SMC brand air cylinders and specially designed, the cutting speed can match the welding speed.
Panasonic servo motor for pulling mesh, cross wire space can be adjusted by PLC. The pulling rack is the J&T brand, more accurate, less noise.
