The new Ghost Rider Mod for GTA Vice City is a perfect Mod for CLEO addition in GTA Vice.
With Simplified Installation and Nearly Bugless mod, the game runs perfectly fines.

I finished the game from start with this mod, the only problem, I faced was with Bike Gang Mission (workout is to turn off cleo for 2 missions then turn it on).

From Start to end this rom is a bless.
