The Karnataka home minister Basavaraja Bommaih and Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa are holding a meeting over the Ramesh Jarkiholi sexual favours controversy. A complaint has been filed against the Karnataka water resource minister in which it has been alleged that the minister promised a woman government job in return for sexual favours, however, Jarkiholi claims the video to be fake and calls it an attempt to tarnish his image.
Also, there are sections of the opposition who are asking for the resignation of the water resource minister. Also, the police have decided to hold an investigation regarding the same.
