Since we know our customers love L’Occitane products and experience, and want to #sharewithpride, we created a playful campaign to make them feel they are part of a community. The video is set in our home – our 555 Fifth Avenue boutique – as our beloved store team helps remove the stigma of mispronunciation in a light-hearted, educational format.
