Ingredients:
600 to 700 gr chicken thigh fillets with skin or without skin
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
10 pcs kaffir lime leaves sliced thinly
5 to 10 pcs whole kaffir lime leaves
Ginger torch for garnish
For the paste to be blended:
100 gr galangal
70 gr shallots
20 gr garlic
2 pcs lemongrass
1 tbsp coconut oil
Other Ingredients to add to the blended paste (after blended) :
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp mushrooms or chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of white pepper
1 tsp white sugar
