Video Dooley Noted: 9/4/2015
Cutaneous innervation of the hand
In this video segment of Dooley Noted, I discuss how one can study or teach cutaneous innervation of the hand.
Median, ulnar, and radial nerves provide peripheral cutaneous supply from C6-C8 spinal nerves. Since learning this can be a slight challenge, Nick and I demonstrate a way you can draw it on a glove away from the lab to solidify your knowledge.
This can also be a teaching tool to show patients about peripheral nerve impingement.
Enjoy!
As always, it's your call.
