A married couple, Nabila Huda Fadli and Sofian Mustapa Zin, have been jointly charged in Sessions Court for allegedly abusing their one-year-four-month-old baby by giving formula milk mixed with the dangerous drug methamphetamine.
Nabila pleaded guilty, while Sofian pleaded not guilty.
The offense occurred in a Petaling Jaya apartment on Feb 19, causing the child to experience alleged sympathomimetic drug ingestion.
The charge carries a maximum penalty of RM50,000 or 20 years' imprisonment or both.
