Recognized as one of the worlds finest, the Montréal Botanical Garden is a true living museum featuring plants from every part of the globe. This crown jewel in the city, founded in 1931, covers 185 acres and features some 20 theme gardens, a vast arboretum, the Frédéric Back Tree Pavilion and 3 exceptional cultural gardens: the Chinese Garden, Japanese Garden and First Nations Garden. This is a quick overview of the garden. I will post separate presentations on the Chinese and Japanese gardens.
