Make our #SugarFreeSundays special treat -'Watermelon Sabza Popsicles', bursting with juicy watermelon and refreshing sabza seeds. So, cool down, beat the heat, and relive your childhood! 🍉💗
WATERMELON SABZA POPSICLES
Ingredients
½ medium watermelon, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces
12 tsps soaked basil seeds (sabza)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black salt
½ tsp crushed black peppercorns
10-15 fresh mint leaves
4 measures Sugar Free Natura
Method
1. Transfer the watermelon in a blender jar. Add lemon juice, black salt, crushed black peppercorns and mint leaves and blend to fine mixture.
2. Add Sugar Free Natura and continue to grind.
3. Add half the basil seeds at the base of each popsicle moulds and pour the watermelon mixture on top. Add some more basil seeds on top.
4. Close with the lids and freeze for 8-10 hours.
5. Demould and serve chilled.
