#Weekend is here 🥳🥳 and we take “work hard, party harder!!” veryy seriously!
But wait a minute! Before you go on the “Weekend vibe”, check out the calories in all of those “ek aur drink ... ek aur wing ... thode aur peanuts”
Ek drink se shayad kuch zyada na bigde but when the #drinks keep coming, when the munchies time keeps going on with the party, a lot can happen and setback your PROGRESS weeks behind.
So what should you do?
- Practice Moderation. 1 🍺 in place of 2🍻.(PRO TIP) -take smaller sips and taste the alcohol on your palatte for a few seconds.
- Choose your small bites AKA chakhna wisely. Go for more 🥗 and/or protein 🍗/🍢 in place of masala papad, masala peanuts and fried snacks.
-If you join a party, fix the time to join and leave and stick to your time.
- Drink plenty of water before starting with the alcohol.
- Take half a peg in place of one peg or half glass 🍷 in place of full.
- You can replace the juice or cold drink in your drink with zero calorie beverages to save calories.
