In honor of #WorldFoodSafetyDay, our Deputy Commissioner Jen Trodden uses a product called Glo Germ in this video to simulate how easily germs and bacteria can spread into your food when your utensils haven’t been washed properly between uses. Make sure you are washing your hands, cooking surfaces, and utensils thoroughly while cooking to avoid the spread of germs!
