Resepi pencuci mulut klasik, tiramisu yang mudah disediakan tanpa menggunakan telur dan mascarpone cheese untuk versi bajet. Untuk resepi ini, saya menggunakan biji kopi espresso yang saya kisar sendiri, anda boleh pakai kopi segera untuk lebih mudah. Pastikan kopinya pekat untuk mendapatkan rasa kopi yang "intense". Untuk loyang, boleh pakai loyang springfoam, cake ring ataupun casserole biasa kalau tiada. Sesuaikan kuantiti biskut jejari mengikut saiz dan bentuk loyang yang digunakan.

AIR KOPI:
3 sudu besar biji kopi | 15 gram (pakai 3 sudu teh untuk kopi segera)
1 cawan air panas | 237 ml
3/4 cawan air sejuk (suhu bilik) | 177 ml (supaya kopi cepat sejuk)
1 sudu besar gula pasir (abaikan jika suka yang lebih pahit)
KRIM:
1 & 1/2 cawan krim putar bukan tenusu (dingin) | 350 gram *boleh pakai krim putar tenusu
1 cawan krim keju (lembutkan) | 230 gram
3/4 cawan & 1 sudu besar gula aising | 85 gram (boleh kisar halus 1/2 cawan (tolak 1 sudu besar) gula pasir biasa)
2 sudu teh esen vanila
Biskut jejari (saya pakai 24 keping)
Serbuk koko secukupnya
SAIZ LOYANG: 8" X 2.5 " (tinggi)

Tiramisu- a decadent, fuss-free dessert made without egg and mascarpone cheese. I used espresso coffee beans to make the coffee mixture, but you can always substitute with instant coffee if you want. The key is to always use concentrated coffee mixture to get strong coffee flavor for the dessert. I used a springfoam love shape cake pan to make my tiramisu, but you can opt to use a cake ring or a casserole of you prefer.

COFFEE MIXTURE:
3 tbsp of coffee beans | 15 grams (use 3 tsp for instant coffee)
1 cup of hot water | 237 ml
3/4 cup of room temp boiled/drinking water | 177 ml (to allow coffee mixture to cool faster)
1 tbsp of granulated sugar |12.5 gram (skip if you prefer it to be bitter)
CREAM:
1 & 1/2 cups of non-dairy whipping cream (chilled) | 350 grams (can use dairy whipping cream)
1 cup of cream cheese (softened) | 230 grams
3/4 cup & 1 tbsp of powdered sugar | 85 grams (you can opt to blend finely 1/2 cup (minus 1 tbsp) granulated sugar to get similar amount)
2 tsp of vanilla essence
24 pieces of lady fingers (adjust accordingly depending the pan that you use)
Cocoa powder as needed
BAKING PAN SIZE | 8" X 2.5' (tall)
