This DIY Cat Noir costume is easy to put together with some second hand clothes and a little craft foam. The "leather" jacket is actually a fake leather jacket I found in a second hand shop for a few bucks. I got one that was a couple sizes too small to give it the tight Cat Noir look. The pants and boots were items I already owned. And the gloves and belts came from a second hand shop as well. All in all, it's a very inexpensive costume to put together.
For the wig, I couldn't find where I put my yellow wig, so I just ended up using a white one I had in a similar style. The Cat ears and mask are pretty easy to cut freehand, but I do have a free template (below) as well if you don't want to try drawing them yourself.
You can find large jingle bells in most craft shops, but I chose to use a gold Christmas ball in place of jingle bell because I already had one on hand. And because I was pretty sure the jingling of a bell would drive me nuts 😉
