রসুনের আচার | Bangla Rosuner Achar Recipe | Garlic Pickle | How To Make Perfect Rosuner Achar Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp nigella seeds
1 cup mustard oil
5 dry red chilies
175-gm garlic cloves
1 tsp garlic paste
1 ½ tsp red chili
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric
½ cup tamarind extract
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions:
1. Add fennel, fenugreek, cumin, mustard and nigella seeds in a pan
2. Roast for 1 minute and 30 seconds on low heat
3. Set 1 tsp of seeds aside and blend the rest
4. Add mustard oil in a pot along with seeds, dry red chilies, whole garlic cloves and garlic paste
5. Cook over low medium heat
6. Add red chili, coriander, turmeric, tamarind extract, blended seeds, brown sugar, salt to taste and white vinegar
7. Cook until cloves are soft on low medium heat
8. Transfer achar to a jar
9. Ready to enjoy!
