One of the many many reasons you should go no contact with your narcissist ex or any ex for that matter, is because of the pain you will endure the moment they flaunt their new supply on social media. Narcissists in particular love to flaunt their new supply on social media like Instagram and Facebook to show off how happy they are now and to stick it to their victims who are suffering. Do not fall into the narcissist trap of keeping tabs on them on social media or stalking their social media accounts in hopes of watching them fail or talk about how much they miss you. Instead, what the narcissist will do is flaunt their new supply in hopes that you will see it in order to keep hurting you.
