Join us for morning court, the procession of fighters and consorts, and the tournament! Ansteorra Crown Tournament is where chivalric fighters compete in an elimination tournament. The winner and their chosen Consort become the next Crown and Sovereign of the Kingdom!

Each fighter registers for the tournament ahead of time and chooses a consort who, should their fighter win the tournament, will serve with them as Heirs to the Throne for 3 months and then as the Crown of Ansteorra for 6 months.

Ansteorra is a regional chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism (sca.org) and includes most of Texas and Oklahoma. We are an organization dedicated to the education and recreation of the arts, sciences, skills, and ambiance of pre-1600 cultures across the globe. This court happens in conjunction with our semi-annual Coronation event.
