I have used several ovulation test kits in the past, but recently I started using @MiraFertility products including their Hormone Monitor, Test wands and App to get even more information about my cycle and to say the least, it has been the most insightful experience for my fertility and health.
In this video, I share with you, how i use the Mira Hormone Monitor Kit to track my ovulation, and also explain the hormone activities of three key fertility hormones; (E3G) estrogen, (PDG) progesterone and (LH) Luteinizing hormone, measured and analyzed by the Hormone Monitor during the fertile period - ovulation and non fertile period - post ovulation.
I also compared the Mira Hormone Monitor to regular opks, showing a clear difference with regular OPKS only measuring the luteinizing hormone (LH), Mira hormone monitor measures three key fertility hormones, removes any guess work and predicts exactly when ovulation occurs.
Lastly, I shared some tips to help balance hormones during the menstrual cycle to optimize the chances of implantation and conception.
