If you have ever changed the site url from WordPress backend - and if you have no SSL certificate - you might going to face this HTTPS redirection issue and you might going to see the message Can't Provide Secure Connection - even if you are trying to go back to the HTTP version of your website url.

Here in this video, I have got the solution for you - simply we have to make change on from MyPHPAdmin and change the Site url and the home url. It will work fine.
