Fighting Lynels can be intimidating and challenging. For beginners, it's not easy. You probably should avoid beating them if you're not afraid of dying once in a while. But after you know what they do and learn the basics, it will be easier to kill them. We'll learn their attack patterns so we know how to dodge and parry everything they do. You'll get some basic strategies and fighting Lynels won't be so scary!
