Bengaluru-based Simple Energy forayed into the market with the launch of its maiden scooter- Simple One on August 15 last year. It also signed an MoU with Tamil Nadu government in November last year for a 12.5 million unit factory with an investment of INR 2500 crore. The startup has raised USD 21 million so far.
