My computer won't boot up for some reason. The symptoms include continuous reboot without loading BIOS before powering down and repeating this cycle. It may also be described as a reboot cycle which is infamous amongst Gigabyte Motherboards. The usual issue is concerned with bad memory, but I've installed new memory, and the system still won't BOOT to BIOS. I've posted this video to show exactly what the problem is and in the hope that someone can help diagnose the problem.
