China sent a new remote sensing satellite into pre-set orbit on Sunday from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province.
Yaogan-39 was launched by a Long March-2D carrier rocket at 12:13 (Beijing Time) and had entered the planned orbit successfully.
