Fix Marvel Rivals compiling shaders crash
Step 1) Before trying any troubleshooting try playing the game via Epic games launcher, has worked for many players, epic users can try steam

Step 3) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 4) Make sure graphics card is supported to play the game/supports DX12, if the game is running on integrated graphics like intel, then you may receive DirectX12 error
Step 5) Run Steam as an administrator
Step 6) Run Launcher as an administrator
Step 7) Verify the game files
Step 8) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 9) Enable GPU debug mode in launcher

Step 13) Turn off Nvidia Overlay, disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner
Step 14) Roll back graphics driver

Step 17) Set Windows power plan to "Power Saver" /Try different plan and check which one works for you.
Step 18) Install the game to SSD
Step 19) Roll back graphics driver
Step 20) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 21) (Skip this step if you are not able to launch the game)
Step 22) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, perform cleanboot, remove the undervolt
Step 23) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.
