Germany vs City-States: The Revenge of Barbarossa begins on deity difficulty. The goal here is that we have to capture every city-state before the end of the game or we lose regardless. We start things off in what appears to be a not great starting location, but we're near two city-states and have a lot of room to expand. It might work out for us.
