Today we are visiting Central Macedonia, Greece. Our virtual scenic flight begins at Airfield Kolchiko north of the city of Thessaloniki. We takeoff and climb to the south over Lake Langadas also known as Limni Koroneia, and the village of Agios Vasileios. We continue south climbing over the town of Hortiatis and the Monastery of Panagia Chortaitissi and Metamorphosis Sotiros. We fly over the summit and descend down the mountain to the west and over the foundations of ZEP Kissos, the town that never came to be. We continue south beyond Panorama and Thermi to land at Sedes Air Base. Kalo taxidi!
