Frank Murphy served as a navigator on a B-17 during World War II. His plane was shot down over Germany in October of 1943 and he spent the last two years of the war in the German prisoner of war camp made famous by the movie "The Great Escape." In this clip from his 2004 interview, he recalls being wounded, his plane getting shot down, and his capture.
